We are currently seeking an innovative and dedicated eLearning Course Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive online courses for our diverse set of learners. You should be experienced in instructional design and adept at transforming complex information into easily understandable, engaging, and effective online learning modules.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop eLearning courses using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify the target audience’s training needs and learning objectives.
  3. Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances knowledge retention and transfer.
  4. Develop assessment methods to measure learners’ performance.
  5. Use multimedia technology and authoring tools to produce high-quality, interactive eLearning resources.
  6. Incorporate feedback and update course content based on learners’ feedback or new information.
  7. Maintained project documentation and course folders.
  8. Continually evaluate the effectiveness of training design through regular testing, assessments, and feedback.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as an eLearning Designer or similar role.
  2. Proficient in eLearning course authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
  3. Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
  4. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, and audio/video scripts.
  5. Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
  6. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply and concisely.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
